We want to ensure a smooth and fair return experience for all our customers. Please review our return policy before making a return.
Items eligible for return:
- Must be in original packaging, unopened, and un-used condition.
- Must be returned within 5 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
- Non-electronic parts only (see Electronics section below).
Items ineligible for return:
- Opened or used parts with any damage or signs of wear and tear (including grease or oil).
- Parts returned after 6 days from purchase date.
- Electronic parts (see Electronics section below).
Electronics Return Policy:
- Due to the sensitive nature of electronic parts, returns require additional steps.
- A return request must be submitted within 3 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
- The part will be diagnosed by a qualified Auto Asia International (AAI) technician.
- A scan report may be required depending on the specific part.
- Following diagnosis by AAI technical advisors, a determination will be made on the eligibility for return or exchange.
Return Process:
- Contact Auto Asia International to initiate a return request.
- Provide your receipt and reason for return.
- If your return is eligible, you will receive instructions on how to return the part(s).
- Upon receiving the returned parts, an AAI technical expert will inspect them to ensure they meet the return policy criteria (including cleanliness for fitted parts).
- Once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
Please note:
- We reserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet our return policy guidelines.
- Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
